Gaosheng Holdings (000971): Some Executives Resigned

The board of directors of the company received the written resignation of Mr. Zuo Feng, deputy general manager and deputy general manager and chief investment officer Mr. Zhang Chi in January 17, 2019. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Zuo Feng and Mr. Zhang Chi respectively resigned as executive vice president, deputy general manager and chief investment officer.

According to the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, Mr. Zuo Feng and Mr. Zhang's resignation are effective from the date of serving the board of directors of the company. After his resignation, Mr. Zuo Feng and Mr. Zhang are still holding other positions in the company.

Mr. Zuo Feng and Mr. Zhang, during his term of office, diligently and conscientiously perform the duties of senior management. The board of directors expressed his heartfelt thanks to Mr. Zuo Feng and Mr. Zhang for his contribution to the company's development during his tenure.

As of the announcement date, Mr. Zuo Feng did not own the company's stock; Mr. Zhang held 340000 shares of the company's stock. Mr. Zhang promised that the changes in the above shares will follow the relevant provisions of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the guidelines for the standardized operation of listed companies on the main board of the Shenzhen stock exchange, some provisions of the shareholders of listed companies and the high shareholdings of directors and supervisors, and the rules governing the management of the shares and their changes of directors, supervisors and senior managers of listed companies. The company will go to the Clearing Corp to handle related issues in the 2 trading days after its declaration.
