According to the briefing, the Guangzhou Southern China (International) footwear exhibition and trade center covers an area of 120 thousand square meters, with a total construction area of about 100 thousand square meters and a total parking space of about 1200. After the completion of the project, the total area will reach 350 thousand square meters.

The total investment in the first phase exceeded 700 million yuan.
